New 20mil vapor barrier in the crawlspace!
Upon inspection, the crawlspace was found to have persistent water infiltration issues. The initial step involved a thorough examination to identify the source of the water entry. This included checking for cracks in the foundation, ensuring proper grading around the perimeter, and inspecting the drainage systems. After pinpointing the problem areas, the next step was to seal any cracks and gaps in the foundation using high-quality waterproof sealants. Additionally, the grading around the crawlspace was adjusted to ensure proper water runoff away from the structure. Drainage pipes were also cleared and reinforced to enhance water flow. Finally, a vapor barrier was installed to prevent future moisture intrusion. These measures collectively resolved the water infiltration issue, ensuring a dry and safe crawlspace environment.

The team did an outstanding job from Jared the sales guy , Danny the team lead and Jose and his team doing the work. They all worked together and did a professional job. Very pleased with the service. Would highly recommend this team!
Heart is definitely a huge part of this company! I currently live out of the country and Heartstrong came to my rescue when my renters called me and told me a portion of the floor in my home had collapsed! That is not something easy to deal with even if you live in the house much less when you are far away! Heartstrong assessed my house for me and gave me honest talk about the situation and helped me come up with a remediation plan! The quote was reasonable and they walked me through every step of the process and sent me photos and videos of the progress! They were awesome working with my renters to keep the bother to them at an absolute minimum! They were even able to match the tile in my house saving me money in the end! If you are looking for an honest, hardworking, heartfelt company you can not go wrong with Heartstrong!
Great service and great team.
