Why did the customer contact us?

A homeowner contacted us because they were concerned about the structural support under their home. They explained that they wanted an expert to evaluate what was happening beneath the house and recommend the right fix to stabilize it. We talked through what they were noticing and why support issues can develop in crawlspaces over time, then explained that the next step would be an on-site inspection so we could assess the framing, supports, and soil conditions and provide a clear plan and estimate based on what we found.

Solutions provided:

To solve the support issues under the home, we installed PowerPost floor supports to provide strong, adjustable reinforcement where the framing needed additional lift and stability. We then installed a steel beam to distribute the load more evenly across the crawlspace and reduce stress on weaker areas. Together, the new supports and beam created a solid, long-term support system that stabilizes the floor structure and helps prevent future sagging or movement.
