After inspecting the crawlspace, we addressed the key issues by starting with a Pro Cleaner hydrogen peroxide treatment to clean and treat affected wood surfaces and help eliminate moisture-related contamination. Next, we installed a 1/3 HP sump pump to actively remove collected water and keep the crawlspace from staying wet.
