  Crawlspace Doctor came for the annual inspection and it went very well. The technician addressed some of the questions I had and provided the needed tuneups to keep my dehumidifier running well. Thanks!

  Nick and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish on my encapsulation work. The entire process was as incredibly professionally managed. Nick provided an incredibly comprehensive assessment report, backed up with data and pictures, to show me exactly where problems were occurring and what was needed for remediation. He then sat down and took time to walk me through the various components of his bid for how the encapsulation work would run. He uses a great app that helps to show the various cost options for his bid estimate, which allows the purchaser to select or remove certain components for the bid so you can determine the level of service that works best for your needs. Working with Nick personally was great - he made the process easy and made me feel comfortable with the decisions made for the fix. The operations team led by Rogelio was equally great. The team was professional and showed up on time each day - they made sure to remove any and all work debris and trash in the process and left the crawlspace looking brand new. Rogelio worked to make sure the job was delivered to spec and made sure to escalate any issues or questions early in the process. If I could give these guys any higher praise I would - this is THE team you want to work with in the greater Huntsville area for crawlspace work. Thank you guys for a job very well done!!
