I currently live out of the country and Heartstrong came to my rescue when my renters called me and told me a portion of the floor in my home had collapsed! That is not something easy to deal with even if you live in the house much less when you are far away! Heartstrong assessed my house for me and gave me honest talk about the situation and helped me come up with a remediation plan! The quote was reasonable and they walked me through every step of the process and sent me photos and videos of the progress! We also completely repaired the crawlspace by removing the mold and fungus, installing new floor joists to replace damaged ones and encapsulated the crawlspace for humidity control.
