To resolve the mold and moisture issues, we began by using soda blasting to safely and effectively remove all mold growth from the crawl space surfaces. Once the area was cleaned, we completed a full encapsulation to seal out ground moisture and outside humidity. This included installing a durable vapor barrier along the walls and floor to create a controlled, dry environment. To maintain optimal humidity levels and prevent future mold growth, we installed a high-efficiency dehumidifier. We also built a custom crawl space door to ensure a tight seal and secure access. This comprehensive solution restored a clean, healthy environment beneath the home.
