Solutions provided:

To address the condensation on the ductwork, we began by treating the crawlspace with a hydrogen peroxide solution to eliminate any existing fungal growth and sanitize the affected areas. We then encapsulated the entire crawlspace with a reinforced moisture barrier, sealing the space from ground moisture and outside air. This created a controlled environment that significantly reduced humidity levels, preventing future duct sweating and protecting both the HVAC system and the home’s indoor air quality.
