Solutions provided:

To resolve the water intrusion and fungal growth issues in the crawlspace, we installed a drainage pipe system to redirect groundwater and relieve hydrostatic pressure around the foundation. To ensure reliable water removal, we added two sump pump systems, each with its own basin and discharge line, allowing for efficient drainage from multiple areas of the crawlspace. All foundation vents were blocked to prevent humid outside air from entering and contributing to moisture buildup. To maintain a dry and stable environment, we installed a high-efficiency dehumidifier designed to regulate humidity levels and prevent future fungal growth. This comprehensive system created a dry, protected crawlspace and helped safeguard the home’s structural integrity.
