Solutions provided:

To stabilize the sagging floors in the entry foyer and back bedroom, we installed a heavy-duty steel beam to provide strong, centralized support beneath the affected areas. This beam helped redistribute the structural load and correct the uneven flooring. To further reinforce the system and allow for future adjustability, we added PowerPost floor supports beneath the beam. These supports provided additional strength and stability, ensuring the floors were level, secure, and protected against future settling.
