Our team installed a drainage pipe system to redirect water away from the foundation, paired with a sump pump basin and high-capacity sump pump to manage water accumulation effectively. A discharge line was added to channel water safely away from the property. To further mitigate moisture issues, we installed a dehumidifier, maintaining optimal humidity levels in the crawlspace. Structural support was reinforced with a power post floor support and the installation of a steel beam, providing enhanced stability to the home. Lastly, we custom-built a crawlspace door to ensure a secure and well-sealed entry point.
