To resolve the homeowner's crawlspace issues, our process began with insulation removal to clear out compromised materials and prepare the area. We then soda blasted to eliminate the fungal growth and sanitize the space. To prevent future water intrusion and control humidity, the entire crawlspace was encapsulated with a high-quality vapor barrier. A custom crawlspace door build was completed to ensure an airtight seal, further protecting the encapsulated environment.
