To resolve the moisture issues, our team started with comprehensive insulation removal to clear the affected area. To manage water intrusion effectively, we then installed a drain pipe system leading to a sump basin, where a sump pump was installed. A discharge line was routed to safely carry collected water away from the foundation. For moisture control and to protect the crawlspace from future humidity, we performed a full encapsulation with a durable vapor barrier. Finally, a dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal air quality and low moisture levels, ensuring a dry and healthy environment for the home.
