To resolve the homeowner's crawlspace issues, we implemented a tailored solution to address both water intrusion and humidity. First, we installed a drainage pipe system to redirect water effectively, along with a sump basin and sump pump to collect and remove standing water. A discharge line was added to channel water safely away from the home’s foundation. To prevent future moisture problems, we encapsulated the crawlspace with a durable vapor barrier, creating a sealed environment. To maintain optimal humidity levels, we installed a dehumidifier, ensuring the space stayed dry and healthy. Finally, we custom-built a secure crawlspace door to provide a tight seal, protecting the area from external elements.
