To effectively address the standing water, hydrostatic pressure, and fungal growth, we implemented a moisture control strategy. We began by blocking existing crawlspace vents to seal the area, then installed a vapor barrier across the crawlspace floor and walls to prevent future moisture intrusion. A dehumidifier was put in place to manage humidity levels, ensuring a dry environment. To complete the sealed system and provide secure access, a custom crawlspace door build was completed.
