Our team executed a solution for the homeowner's crawlspace issues. We began with soda blasting to clean the affected surfaces and address any existing fungal growth. To combat the moisture and excessive humidity, the entire crawlspace underwent encapsulation with a durable vapor barrier, creating a sealed environment. A custom crawlspace door build further secured this barrier, and a dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal humidity levels, effectively counteracting the impact of the open porch. Crucially, to address the compromised structural integrity, we reinforced the affected areas by installing double floor joists, restoring the stability and safety of the home's foundation.
