Our team executed a comprehensive solution to address the issues in the homeowner's crawlspace. We began by removing all insulation to clear the space. To manage water intrusion, we installed a drain pipe system that efficiently directs water into a sump pump basin, where a sump pump then expels it away from the foundation through a discharge line. For moisture control, we performed a full encapsulation with a vapor barrier and installed a dehumidifier to maintain humidity levels. To stabilize and reinforce the home's structure, we installed PowerPost floor supports and an additional steel beam. Finally, a custom crawlspace door build completed the sealed environment, ensuring a dry and structurally sound space for the long term.
