We began by using soda blasting to safely and effectively remove any mold present on the affected surfaces. To prevent future water intrusion, we installed a new drainage pipe and a sump pump system, including a 1/3 HP sump pump, a sump pump basin, and a discharge line to redirect water away from the home. Additionally, we installed a full encapsulation system to seal and protect the crawl space, along with a high-performance dehumidifier to control moisture levels. To ensure clean and efficient airflow, we replaced the existing ductwork and upgraded the HVAC system. Together, these solutions not only addressed the current mold issue but also provided long-term protection against future moisture-related problems.
