Understanding that sagging floors can be a sign of underlying support problems in the crawlspace or foundation, they were eager to find a reliable and lasting solution to restore stability and safety to their home.

Solutions provided:

To resolve the issue of sagging floors, our team conducted a thorough inspection and identified inadequate support in the crawlspace as the primary cause. We addressed the problem by installing a heavy-duty steel beam to provide strong, centralized support beneath the affected areas. To further stabilize and level the floors, we added adjustable PowerPost floor supports, which were securely positioned under the new beam to redistribute the load and lift the sagging sections back into place. This solution not only restored structural integrity but also significantly improved the overall stability and safety of the home.
