Solutions provided:

To resolve the homeowner’s uneven floor issues, our team conducted a thorough inspection and identified that the underlying support structure in the crawlspace was failing to properly hold the weight of the home. We installed a heavy-duty steel beam to provide strong, centralized support across the affected areas. To further stabilize and lift the sagging floors, we installed adjustable PowerPost Floor Supports beneath the new beam. These supports allowed us to carefully level the flooring while providing long-term structural reinforcement. The result was a noticeably more even and stable floor, restoring both safety and comfort to the home.
