• Comment: The Crawlspace Doctor performed all of the work per the contract. Because my crawlspace was quite irregular, I opted to have them hand level the space which require a full day to complete. The encapsulation procedure is extremely labor intensive. Their crew worked very hard for four days to complete the task. They were supervised most all of the time by the owner or his partner. All of the debris was quickly hauled to the dump.
  Encapsulation certainly isn't cheap to have this done but you definitely get what you pay for. I had several quotes and their price was pretty much in the middle of the range. I them based upon their practical approach to the job, their experience and they use a single crew supervised by the owner.
  After completion of the job the owner took me through the crawlspace to explain everything that was done. The workmanship was very impressive.
  Since the encapsulation, the musty smells are gone. It has been quite a revelation to me. I am not particularly allergic to anything but my wife and daughter are an they've been sneezing a whole lot less.
