After evaluating the crawl space, we provided a complete solution to effectively manage moisture and improve overall system performance. We installed an insulated encapsulation system featuring a durable 23 mil floor liner, creating a sealed environment to prevent ground moisture and enhance energy efficiency. To maintain optimal humidity levels, we added a Sierra Watchdog NXT 85-pint dehumidifier, ensuring consistent moisture control year-round. In addition, we addressed airflow and HVAC efficiency by replacing the existing HVAC register run and installing a new register boot, improving air distribution and helping protect the system from moisture-related damage. These upgrades transformed the crawl space into a clean, controlled, and more efficient environment for the homeowner.
