About Matt Bagdonas:

Born and raised in Painesville, Ohio, Matt’s journey of dedication and service began at just ten years old with a newspaper route. This early start, combined with his athletic pursuits in high school—playing football, basketball, and tennis—instilled a strong work ethic and team-oriented spirit. He continued to hone these qualities at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, where he played football and earned a degree in English with a minor in education. Always passionate about teaching, he found a unique path to fulfill this calling, recognizing that God had provided him a way to teach and lead others outside the traditional classroom setting.

As a licensed home builder with a rich background across various home services, Matt firmly believes that true success with customers is rooted in setting realistic and honest expectations. He advocates for honesty and integrity as the true currency in all business dealings. For him, customer service is not merely a career, but a calling—a profound gift and an opportunity to serve and connect with people in the community. This philosophy is encapsulated in one of his many well-known sayings: "You can't go wrong doing right."

Beyond his professional endeavors and ministry, his favorite "hobbies" are dedicated to guiding individuals to become their best selves and to becoming disciples of Jesus Christ. When not focused on work or ministry, his time is joyfully filled by spending quality moments with his wife, Julie, three daughters, Chloe, Maddie Mae and Georgia, and son-in-law, Kalani Sorensen, a testament to his deep commitment to family and faith.
