• Comment: We have been extremely pleased with the results of our encapsulation from Crawlspace Doctor. They let you choose different levels of treatment that you're comfortable with so that it's not too hard on the budget. It's been a year and we're so glad we did it. It's nice to know that the gray mold growth has ceased and our joists are not degrading further. It's also easy to go under there now to check on things. If we were to have a leak it would be obvious because of the white plastic. The new crawlspace door is beautiful and tightly sealed. I'll put a before and after picture of the door. Everyone who works for them is amazing. We really couldn't be more pleased. We'll come have them put some insulation in our attic soon.
