• Comment: After meeting for a consultation with Nick, the owner, we had Crawlspace Doctor come out and install encapsulation in our crawlspace a few years ago (summer 2020)... They did a fantastic job. Now, four years later, we called them back, just to make sure things are still good down there ... This time, we worked with Jarod, who is in charge of out-year annual maintenance inspections, which is an optional add on service. Jarod was a true gentleman and professional... super polite and respectful of our time and schedule. The inspection service went well, and he was able to identify an issue with our dehumidifier unit, then help us to quickly get that replaced through the manufacturer before the warranty ran out. All-in-all, we've found this to be a great company and would highly recommend.
