• Comment: Crawlspace Doctor is a great company. They installed our encapsulation system and we have been very pleased with the results. It includes a dehydration system which the company maintains once per year. Our crawlspace stays a nice warm temperature ~ 65 F degrees in the winter and stays cooler in the summer. The humidity is always less than 70% which keeps any mold from growing. Our termite company was impressed with the cleanliness and great conditions of the crawlspace. Crawlspace Doctor will also give you a remote monitor to keep track of the temperature and humidity so that you can rest easy knowing all things are in good condition. This company also added supports beneath our dining room to improve the stability of the floor given a very heavy China cabinet. Everyone that works with this company has been polite and knowledgeable. We would totally recommend this company for structural improvements and/or encapsulation.
