• Comment: After receiving multiple bids, the obvious choice to perform our crawlspace drainage and encapsulation work was Huntsville's Crawlspace Doctor. Nick Williams (owner) was candid and honest in his pricing for the job, providing an extensively detailed itemized bid that was well-engineered and more than competitive. His crew was scheduled promptly, and they did an outstanding job! We have been very pleased with the resulting system over our first year; it maintains very low humidity levels, and as a bonus the temperature varies only slightly (always in the mid-60s, even when it's super-cold outside). The dual sump pumps perform flawlessly when we have a lot of rain. Recently, Jared Davis (Maintenance Technician) stopped by for our first annual maintenance/warranty check-up. A most agreeable fellow, he called ahead, was on-time, and did a quick, excellent job. We ALWAYS receive compliments from any other trades (plumbers, electricians, technicians) who have visited our crawlspace - such a pleasant environment makes it easy for them to do their work as well.
