• Comment: I called Crawlspace Doctor after being referred to them by a neighbor. I had a mold issue under the house and needed it taken care of, as well as trying to figure out how to stop it from coming back. I met with Nick who met me on my schedule, as I can't meet during normal hours. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He laid out many options I could choose from and didn't pressure me into anything. They use a very user friendly software that allows me to pick my options and see how the price varies. In the end I went with a Soda blasting option to remove the mold and then encapsulation and a de-humidifier to control any future moisture to prevent any mold from coming back.
  The work crew was very professional and polite. They showed up on time and when they said they would. It took two days to complete the job. I'm a very picky and hands-on kinda person (I get in the crawlspace and inspect) who has been in construction for over a decade and I had almost no issues I wanted them to address. The couple items I did bring up, they fixed immediately without complaining or trying to say it wasn't their issue. I am very happy with Crawlspace Doctor and their installation. I highly recommend them!!
