• Comment: This is the one! When I noticed some humidity and mold in the house, and cracked concrete on my patio, I got several estimates from foundation companies. The Crawlspace Doctor was the best price for the encapsulation and dehumidifier. The owner was patient with my questions. I wanted to be sure that this type of work was truly a good investment in n the integrity of my home. Nick referred me to an independent website so I could do my own research. His crew was timely and courteous. They communicated frequently about everything, which is important to me. I am glad I did this. I give Crawlspace Doctor my highest recommendation.
