  Not only was their work done competently and professionally, Crawlspace Doctor was able to manage 100% of the project while we were remotely located. Nick was extremely accommodating, going above and beyond to keep our family apprised of the progress and anything unexpected that they uncovered. As a family purchasing a home that we weren't able to move into during the pandemic, having a functional second set of (experienced, expert) eyes and ears to handle encapsulation, waterproofing, inspection, and other aspects was amazing.
  
  Crawlspace Doctor was timely, competitively priced, and honestly one of the best service vendor experiences we've encountered, in Madison County or elsewhere... thank you so much, Nick!
