• Comment: I recommend Crawlspace Doctor without any reservation. We had a musty crawl space with some water issues and lots of mold. Nick Williams provided a quick reply to our call for a quote and his price was better than the competitors. Nick was the most responsive and thorough of all of the quotes we obtained. His team was extremely professional, reliable (on time, clean), and thorough. Nick's team blasted all of the mold off the joists, covered all the floor and sealed all walls, and installed six additional joist supports where they found sagging and foundation problems. Their installation was very well done, and we have stabilized the crawl space now with no further cracks in our walls. I have had nearly 30 contractors involved in our home in our 23 years of living here, and Nick was clearly one of the top three contractors I have ever worked with. Give him a call. The team is top-notch, the encapsulated crawlspace WORKS, and we have a much healthier home for having chosen this team.
