• Comment: We had Crawlspace doctors come out a year ago and they did a fabulous job cleaning up the mold, mildew, termites that were living in that space. They put in new ductwork, and added a dehumidifier. This year we got a call from Sawyer, saying it's time to check the dehumidifier out. He came out, it had died, was still under warranty so he replaced it at no charge to us. WOW. I knew it'd been ~ a year, but didn't realize we needed to get the dehumidifier serviced.
