• Comment: Nick Williams presented us with various options to treat the moisture problem in our crawl space. We got 2 other quotes, one about $8k higher, the other about $3k lower. We decided to use Crawlspace Doctor as Nick’s solution was the best choice and his company had consistently the highest ratings. Another advantage is Nick does the electrical work (to wire the dehumidifier and sump pump), the others did not and I didn’t want to deal with trying to hire an electrician. Four employees arrived the following week and finished the job in 4 days. I was very pleased with the quality of their work.
