• Comment: Last year I finally acknowledged that the standing water in my crawl space was not just a fluke. I reached out for recommendations via Nextdoor and one person in particular provided a very in depth response regarding their excellent experience with Crawl Space Doctors. I reached out to three companies in total (two of the big names in town and Crawl Space Doctors) and received quotes from all three. In the end, Matt from Crawl Space Doctors provided more than one solution, and spent quite some time explaining why the crawl space was flooding, the extent of the flooding and what would happen if it persisted. I was never pressured into selecting any of their services - I simply received a technical and thorough explanation of what the root cause was as well as several solutions. Communication was excellent and I needed time to digest the information and potential solutions given my budget. Being equipped with the information Matt provided made the decision making process much less painful.
  
  Once we decided to move forward with the work, scheduling was very flexible and the crew was efficient, tidy and on schedule. The work done was impeccable and Matt has proven that they are never more than a phone call away. Recently I requested that he change the locking mechanism on my crawl space door and he was on site in a day providing a better solution for me. A year later the sump pump and dehumidifier have performed perfectly and my crawl space is dry.
