• Comment: We had a bad issue with warped flooring as the result of bursted pipes in our house. It was dried out and checked and approved to repair. The flooring was repaired but two months later the floors were warping again. Nick with Crawlspace Doctor responded to my call. He told me that he could or guarantee that the floors would go back to normal if we encapsulated and put in a dehumidifier but I had to do something. To say that I am pleased is a major understatement. My wooded floors shrunk back to normal and even one place that had never flattened also did so. My crawlspace looks great. I have had workmen that have been under my house and said that it is one of the best jobs that they have seen. They all wish all houses that they have to go under was like mine. They maintain my dehumidifier annually and are always a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone with a crawlspace issue.
