• Comment: I would HIGHLY recommend Heartstrong Services for your home's needs. We had old ductwork/insulation removed, fungus treatment on underneath wood floor system, crawlspace encapsulation, new ductwork installation and finally a dehumidifier installed. Nick came and provided the quote for all of the work after spending a good bit of time crawling around in the crawl space, taking detailed pictures. We were comfortable with the path forward and a few days later, signed the estimate to get the work scheduled.
  
  A few days before, Danny called to ask which day we would like to start, saying that the initial work of removal of the ductwork/insulation, cleaning of the wood and encapsulation would take about a day and a half based on the size of our crawlspace. Danny's team showed up and got right to work and was done by about noon the next day as promised. The next morning, a Saturday, Pablo and his team came to put in all of the new ductwork. They were there first thing and were all wrapped up by 5; including Pablo coming in and checking each and EVERY vent in the house to make sure it was blowing properly and at the correct temperature. On Tuesday, the new crawlspace door was put up and the dehumidifier placed. Thursday, we used Nick's recommended electrician to come connect the dehumidifier.
  
  A week after starting, our crawlspace has been transformed and I am breathing much easier in the house with the moldy ductwork gone! To be honest, we were a bit worried that they completely removed the 2 year old HVAC that had cost even more than the crawlspace work, but that concern was not necessary. Pablo and his team were fantastic in getting everything back as it needed. In fact, we had the system inspected for our yearly plan yesterday and they said the system was perfect (and they ALWAYS find some sort of upsell)! Thank you so much Nick, Danny, Pablo and your teams for such fantastic work. I have highly recommended Heartstrong to many co-workers and will continue to do so!
