Danny Gallegos is a dedicated Unit Leader committed to providing exceptional service and a positive customer experience. He takes pride in delivering high-quality work, particularly in the crawlspace, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the homeowner’s satisfaction. His goal is to create encapsulated crawlspaces that homeowners can trust and enjoy.

Danny holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Business from Chowan University in North Carolina, where he was also a Division II soccer scholarship athlete. After college, Danny relocated to Florida, where he gained four years of experience in the electrical trade. He later returned to Alabama, bringing his extensive skills and knowledge to the crawlspace industry.

Currently, Danny is working toward becoming a Master Electrician to further advance his career in the electrical field. He is fully trained to ensure each project is completed professionally, while always keeping the homeowner's comfort and satisfaction at the forefront.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys staying active through soccer and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular gym workouts. Whether he’s helping homeowners achieve a pristine crawlspace or engaging in outdoor activities, Danny’s commitment to excellence is evident in everything he does.

To resolve the homeowner’s issues with hydrostatic pressure and standing water in the crawlspace, we began by removing all compromised insulation to prepare the space for treatment and repair. We then applied a hydrogen peroxide solution to sanitize the area and eliminate any microbial growth. To address water intrusion, we installed a drainage pipe system leading to a sump pump basin equipped with a 1/3 HP sump pump and a discharge line to efficiently redirect water away from the foundation. We encapsulated the entire crawlspace with a heavy-duty 23 mil floor liner to create a durable, moisture-resistant barrier. To control humidity and improve air quality, a high-efficiency dehumidifier was installed. We also custom-built a sealed crawlspace door to further prevent outside moisture and air intrusion. Finally, we upgraded the HVAC system in the crawlspace by installing new supply and return lines, as well as replacing all register runs and register boots to ensure optimal airflow and energy efficiency. This comprehensive solution fully addressed the moisture issues and significantly improved the home's structural and environmental health.

To address the issues found during the crawlspace inspection, we implemented a comprehensive and effective solution. We began by applying a ProCleaner hydrogen peroxide treatment to eliminate any microbial growth and thoroughly sanitize the area. Next, we installed a drainage pipe system and a sump pump basin to manage water intrusion effectively and prevent future standing water. To protect the crawlspace from moisture, we encapsulated it with a durable 15-mil floor liner, creating a sealed barrier against dampness. A high-capacity 85-pint dehumidifier was installed to maintain optimal humidity levels, ensuring a dry and healthy environment. Finally, we custom-built a secure crawlspace door to provide an airtight seal and additional protection from external elements. This tailored approach resolved the existing issues and safeguarded the home for years to come.
